Feeding Instructions

Omega Worms can be fed frozen or thawed. Simply break off the desired portion from the blister pack. To reduce water clouding, we recommend rinsing the polychaetes under cold running water or thawing them in water and discarding the excess liquid before feeding.

Avoid overfeeding. Offer only the amount your fish can consume within 2–3 minutes.
